Return Policy

We stand behind the quality and authenticity of our products. We will replace any item within 30 days of delivery if it is defective, damaged, or compromised upon arrival.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Unused and unaltered

  • Accompanied by the original Certificate of Authenticity, where applicable

Returns submitted without the Certificate of Authenticity will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly. In these cases, we cover the cost of return shipping.

Change-of-Mind or Customer-Initiated Returns

If a return is requested for reasons not related to seller error, including but not limited to:

  • Changing your mind

  • No longer wanting the item

  • Ordering the wrong item

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must still meet all return eligibility requirements.

International Orders and Refused Shipments

International returns to the United States resulting from refused or undeliverable packages are subject to non-refundable shipping costs. Once the item is received and processed, a refund will be issued for the product value only, excluding shipping and handling fees.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Sign in using your email address. A six-digit verification code will be sent to complete login

  3. Select your order from your order history and submit a return request

  4. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will email you return instructions

Please ensure the item is securely packaged and returned in its original condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
