Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation. Orders placed after 11:00 AM Pacific Time may require an additional business day for processing.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Free Standard Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are sent via ground service and typically arrive within:

International Shipping

Free Shipping
International orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Non-UK Customers
RCE Global Solutions LLC is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are assessed by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
Customs policies vary widely by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for accurate information before placing an order.
United Kingdom Customers
In accordance with UK VAT regulations effective January 1, 2021:

For orders £135 GBP or less, a 20% UK VAT is collected at checkout

For orders above £135 GBP, VAT and import duties are not collected at checkout and will be payable by the customer upon delivery
Tracking Information
“Shipping Label Created” or “Shipment Information Sent” Status
If your tracking status shows “Shipping Label Created” or “Shipment Information Sent”, this means your order has been packed and prepared for shipment, but the carrier has not yet scanned it into their system.
Carrier scan delays can occur during peak periods or high-volume shipping days. Rest assured, your order has shipped and is on its way.
