Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after order confirmation. Orders placed after 11:00 AM Pacific Time may require an additional business day for processing.

Contiguous U.S. Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is free for orders delivered within the contiguous 48 United States. Estimated transit is 3–4 business days after processing. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees.

Expedited Shipping

Express shipping is offered for eligible contiguous-U.S. destinations when shown at checkout. The configured estimate is 1–2 business days after processing, and the applicable price is displayed at checkout. Express service is not available for PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Other U.S. Destinations

Paid standard shipping applies to Alaska, American Samoa, the Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific. Charges vary by order value and are shown at checkout.

The configured standard-shipping transit estimate for these destinations is 7–14 business days after processing. Express shipping is not offered for this zone.

International Shipping

International shipping availability and cost vary by product and destination. Some products are not eligible for international shipping. Available services and charges are shown at checkout.

International delivery times vary by destination, customs processing, carrier handling, and product eligibility. Any estimate shown at checkout is not a delivery guarantee, and customs or local-carrier delays may extend delivery time.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs

Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other charges imposed by the destination country unless they are collected at checkout. Customs policies vary by country; contact your local customs authority for current information before ordering.

For United Kingdom orders of £135 GBP or less, 20% UK VAT is collected at checkout. For orders above £135 GBP, VAT and import duties are not collected at checkout and may be payable upon delivery.

Tracking

A status such as “Shipping Label Created” or “Shipment Information Sent” means the shipment has been prepared and a tracking number has been generated, but the carrier may still be awaiting possession or its initial scan.

An order should be considered shipped or in transit when carrier tracking shows that the carrier has accepted or scanned the package. Initial scans can be delayed during peak or high-volume periods.

Product and Destination Restrictions

Shipping options depend on the product and destination. Not every product is eligible for international shipping, and unavailable options will not appear at checkout. Out-of-stock items cannot be shipped.

Shipping prices are configured in order-value bands and may vary by destination and service.
